Service Description

Semi-private training at OnTrack Fitness combines individualized programming with the motivation of a small group environment. Each client follows a customized training plan while sessions are coached in groups of up to four people, allowing for personalized guidance and accountability. This option provides a more affordable alternative to one-on-one training, with sessions starting at $40 per session and decreasing to $36 per session when training three days per week. Clients are billed monthly at the beginning of each month. Assessments are free!
